HR-One is seeking a candidate who has developed a knack of EPPS business processes and how the applications support the business. The candidate should possess business analysis skills to recommend and/or develop new processes and procedures. He/She should also be responsible for the successful and timely completion of assigned tasks.


  • Become a go-to expert in the day to day activities supporting our system.
  • Must be able to build and leverage relationships with internal business partners.
  • Maintain change control processes with day to day work.
  • Responsible for eliciting, documenting, and confirming business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Ensure a quality process; independently sets up test procedures for system changes.
  • Work in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Assist with tasks and deliverables related to System Development Life Cycle phases for Package and custom solutions.
  • Plan and execute transition tasks for ongoing support for applications.
  • Schedule , coordinate and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager
