HR-One is seeking an executive specialized in lead generation with 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate should enable sales teams to better address their clients needs and increase their book of business. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of our existing customers and prospects. He/She should also comprehend our offerings inside and out.
The position will create a lead generation strategy for our industry and executive memberships. He/She may have to identify and negotiate with partners to augment the data of prospects, and create the process to generate leads. The candidate will also design campaigns to generate new leads through digital or event registrations. He/She will also have to maintain the database and prioritize it to ensure sales teams are in the best position to hit or exceed their targets. This will require major coordination with our membership GMs, as well as our data procuring teams. We’re looking for a self-starter who is proactive, professional, and eager to make a positive impact within our organization. This person will be based at our Noida office and will be working closely with the sales team. Ideal candidates will be results-driven, resourceful, adept at building strong relationships and able to navigate changing leads priorities and demands.
