It’s time to jump on the technology bandwagon and embrace technology (if you haven’t already!) With expanding workforce that operates in different parts of the world, you must have tools and systems in place that help you streamline people management in a big way. Businesses need HR management systems that are smart and intuitive. The next gen of HR management systems are multi device compatible and give anytime, anywhere access to employees. Cloud based, SaaS solution are the next big thing in the HR technology space and would lead to major transformation in the HR technology landscape.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

According to a recent report by LinkedIn, attracting talent and retaining employees, would be a strong focus area for organizations in 2016. According to the survey internal referral programs and social networks would become an integral part of the recruitment strategy. Moreover, organizations would have to invest in building a more open and flexible work culture that enables work –life integration. Faster recognition, active engagement, and taking care of all basic health and safety parameters would help businesses in retaining good people.

While the larger HR management framework remains the same, a lot is changing in terms of how things are done. 2016 would see a close integration of HR, technology and marketing teams to deliver a valued brand proposition to employees.
